WBE Dorcas, Inc.- Co-Chair and Gold Sponsor- RehabZone LIVE 2010- Located in the Underground Construction Technology conference and exhibition, the 2010 RehabZone, sponsored by NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies), provided information on generic technologies used in rehabilitating the underground utility infrastructure and included "LIVE" displays with demonstrations being performed by several sponsors who are experts in the trenchless industry.

DINJER HEADS WEST
Denver, Colorado- Engineering firm Black & Veatch has approved Dinjer CMS-10K cementitious mortar and specified Dinjer SG Mastic epoxy for use in Cherry Hills Village Sanitation District's manhole rehabilitation maintenance and repair contract. WBE Dorcas, Inc.'s newest Dinjer certified installer, Quality Pipe Services of Denver, Colorado was chosen as the Distict's maintenance contractor. Quality Pipe Services began their maintenance and repair contract in June, 2009, repairing benches and inverts with Dinjer CMS-10K to all newly installed manholes. This maintenance and repairs contract is expected to run through 2010, with annual renewals as budget allows. "We chose to use the Dinjer products due to the ease of application, it's ability to gain strength and cure quickly, and overall product quality"- Scott Riley, Quality Pipe Services Crew Chief.
Quality Pipe Services was trained and certified as a Dinjer installer in April, 2009 after considering several products currently used in Colorado and finding the Dinjer products to be the best for them. WBE Dorcas, Inc. has announced the availability of NEWLY IMPROVED Dinjer CMS-10K Mortar for Manhole Rehabilitation.
Since its introduction in 2000, Dinjer CMS-10K has had an excellent track record as a cost effective, high strength, user-friendly manhole rehabilitation product. But WBE Dorcas, Inc. wanted more.

Recent in-house testing on our improved formula shows a 20-25% increase in strength, with a compressive strength reaching 1000 psi in 8 hours, corrosion resistance, and most physical properties over our original formula.
Our very low water-to-cement ratio, the highest quality additives and a precisely engineered formula combine to achieve ultimate results. Our sand gradation adheres to a very strict specification per ACI guidelines for wet process shotcreting. Additionally, the improvements have not changed the viscosity of the product. Dinjer CMS-10K can still be successfully spin-cast, wet process shotcrete, or hand applied.
Dinjer CMS-10K is manufactured according to strict quality control guidelines, in a single location, with each batch undergoing multiple quality tests, guaranteeing ultimate product consistency.
