Dorcas Hermes grew up in the water and sewer industry. Her approach to doing business with honesty, integrity and hard work began at home, and she is proud to bring the skills and experience of over 20 years in customer service and operations management to her customers.

Tammy Oursler, Office Manager

Prior to joining WBE Dorcas, Inc. in 2005, Tammy’s previous experience in the water industry spanned 10 years working with a municipal pump package manufacturer. Through assisting the engineering department in preparing specification take-offs, she acquired technical knowledge of the municipal industry.

As office manager of WBE Dorcas, Inc., she possesses the qualities needed for a fast growing company to excel, including quick response to customer’s needs, and procurement of the best pricing and quality material for the customer. Tammy lives in Atlanta with her dog and cats.
